Engage your mind with a spot of history

Strike it rich in Ballarat and wander the streets of a town frozen in time at Sovereign Hill. The outdoor museum is beloved for its working gold mines, rare trades, exhibits and costumed interpreters. Find a similar experience on the banks of the Marraboor River in Swan Hill at Pioneer Settlement. Take a horse drawn cart ride through the historical township and shop for old fashioned lollies at the General Store.

In the opposite direction, in Melbourne’s west, try your hand at clay target shooting, or head a little further to Lethbridge near Geelong and take flight in a single engine bi-plane at Lethbridge Airport.
